Does such a place have potentials? A try to prove this was made in the case of the Universitätsplatz in Magdeburg (Germany). A try to keep visitors of the theatre in the south a few minutes before or after the show and shorten the time until the next bus comes. A try to tempt the students of the university in the north and offer them a new area to stay, to meet and to act. A try to get rid of an avoided place and to extend the pool of sights in the city by creating a new attraction.
