To enhance a grey industrial facility by creating an attractive and
functional external design has always been the most important task
within this project. Therefore I created landscape areas that please the
eyes of staff as well as those of visitors of the company. At the same
time, by its special design, it is capable to collect stormwater and
therefore drain the adjacent tarmac areas. In addition to these planted
basins, a green roof including an assembly of solar panels underline
the company's concerns regarding environment.
The main part of the project remained the new laboratory, which at all
times presented itself as a highly complex task- an exciting exercise in
design, project management and cost reporting.
